The product itself is as expected and is a good quality but the turnaround time is slow. I ordered a custom printed product but did not receive my order within the 28 day timeframe. When contacting the company to locate the item customer service was good, they immediately offered a reprint or refund however the item arrived that day and I did not have to pursue these options. If you use this company, I would recommend paying for the tracking post option and allowing plenty of time for your order to be prepared.

Based of the previous review I checked out the Zazzle website & I have to agree the choices as far as Scottish heritage designs were excellent. There are various options re colour & quality of T-shirt. I purchased the basic option in long & short sleeve. The quality of the long sleeve is better than the short but the sizing is spot on. They also have a great range of GLBT designs. I purchased a female organic T-shirt with a very cute girl+girl design for a relative. My only concern re this product was the sizing, I purchased an XL & it is very much so on the small side.
If your after something a little different that can also be personalised I would recommend checking out Zazzle. They do many other items aside from T-shirts & there shipping cost are reasonable & delivery is as advised when you order.
