This is a bit more northern than I am use to, so a bit more spicy and a bit more salty.
My friend ordered a dish that looked like it was swimming in a shiny broth. Could have been oil, could have been starch, not sure. However what we were sure of was how spicy it was. Good for a kick up the butt on a cold day.
Careful what you order because if you have a sensitive stomach, you'd spend the rest of the day in the bathroom.
