Riley and the boys were great during installation. They were friendly, polite, and on time. Riley seemed very knowledgeable about the solar panels and was able to answer all our questions. Unfortunately we encountered problems and this is where we realised that the company’s after sales customer service was extremely poor. 6 weeks after installation we still are not connected to the grid. We are continually getting the run around every time we call and no one is following up to help us resolve this. This is beyond a joke.....

Dennis was very helpful, especially when dealing with Solar Victoria. Unfortunately the company we were dealing with for our solar left a lot to be desired which resulted in some irate phone conversations with Dennis who remained professional at all times.
