The yoga practice allows us to stretch, breathe and relax bringing harmony between the Body-Breath-Mind. The yoga way of life also aids the development of a balanced lifestyle, enhances flexibility, tone, posture and strengthens the body.
Our 60 to 75 minute classes include Asanas (body posture), Pranayama (breathing), Dhyana (relaxation meditation) and concluded with knowledge sharing.
