Write a reviewVery disappointed with my treatment there. I stuck it out there for three months but ended up leaving! I was not once greeted on my arrival nor shown how to use ANY piece of equipment. I was not shown around when joining or given any advice apart from being given brochures to read in my own time. Even when explaining the reasons for my leaving, i was not contacted or apologised to. Staff definitely need some training in customer service. It is a great price for weekly membership but would rather pay a little more for advice and good service thats for sure.
