Bunch of blood suckers

Stay away!
Offered to build a booking website for 6 months and couldn't complete it. Couldn't make a simple booking page work! Bunch of newbies pretending to be a professional. Talk nicely but have no skills. Delay is their main strength!

VERY COSTLY MISTAKE. Spent $5K in 4 weeks and no result with Yes Digital. I was sold on the fact I had over a year of campaign data already in Facebook that they can easily leverage and increase traction with improved results. Results were terrible.

RED FLAG ON DAY ONE! – my heart sank when I saw the first creative design. I was told they had an inhouse designer only to find the same design on Canva. I searched and discovered their designer was a university graduate with 10 months experience. They came up with new designs and I knew immediately, the designer had no experience in optimising space on a canvas and strategic placement of text and images. Also, my business is B2B and they used cartoon graphics.

Since I have used many social media specialist, with Yes Digital, I was overpromised and undelivered. I advise Yes Digital my lack of confidence in the first week and will not proceed unless I have traction.

I was given the assurance by the sales strategist that if I was not happy or achieved results I don’t have to continue. I notified them weeks ahead and was later realised I was billed for the following month ahead. Asked for a refund for that debit since I had informed them from the start and for work not rendered yet, they refused. Bad business practice.

BEWARE OF THEIR 30 DAY POLICY. If you are couple of days into your first paid engagement with them, it’s too late. There will be a next charge and it will not be refunded!

Do your research on Linkedin and FB and check out Yes Digital and the team. Will Maher, Keeley Angel, Toby Kirby, Elie Bioneda worked on my account at Yes Digital. Nice people but unfortunately not an organisation that can deliver nor led by management with integrity and good business practices. Check out their client reviews on Google and employee reviews on Glassdoor. (I should have done this earlier)

I was polite, amicable and gave every opportunity to forgive and forget. I asked if $1700 for services not yet rendered worth leaving a bad taste for a client that had no results? Until they decided not to refund me the amount billed and no further response to my request. I was alarmed enough to share my experience.

I was better off using Fiverr.
