Yang's Dumpling Resturant

Yang's Dumpling is a Shanghai style dumpling restaurant located in a cosy small lane near Burwood station. One of the must eat item is the pan fried pork buns with a crispy base and juice soup pork filling. I also tried their curry beef vermicelli noodle soup, which was ok, but nothing to rave about. Their iced lemon tea and milk tea are great. I would recommend getting a set meal which has a noodle and dumpling or steamed/pan fried bun set, as they are a good deal.
