So my grocery delivery order valued at $150 was stolen by the Uber driver, it’s taken me over an hour to sort out on the phone. They can only offer me a refund which takes 3 to 5 days to land in my account, what if I didn’t have another $150? I have had surgery and can not drive, another order wouldn’t be until the next day. And there is no compensation and no communication from a manager and nothing they will do about !!!!!!
Won’t be shopping at woolies again…….

I find all the staff there very friendly, especially the deli and seafood staff. The prices are good here compared to other woolworths places and I like to go here cos I know where everything is!
I had a very bad experience was told to go to express lane even though i had 50 or so item's then after a long wait there I was told i had to many item's to get out of express then after saying something they where rude to me.

I lost $50 while walking through the shop, I was told to report it to the services counter which I did. I did not believe that I would see that money and it was all I had. I was hoping,
Amazingly a few days later i got a phone call to tell me that they found the money, I was so amazed I brought the staff member a scratch-it for luck and thank u. Great customer service.
