I have been using Woofers dog minding & walking services since moving across town 18 months ago. Their staff are knowledgeable & an absolute delight to deal with & nothing is ever too much trouble. Their groomers & pet taxi service mean that my Cavoodle gets clipped and a day playing with other dogs & the only thing I have to do is make the appointment! I can't recommend Woofers services enough!
We have been using Woofers for about a year now and are absolutely delighted with their service. Our dog loves his little outings with their carers!! All of their staff are true animal lovers and take such good care of our little guy. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
I engaged woofers world to walk my 2 dogs, a 9 year old and a 6 month old. I cancelled the service on the morning of Thursday 3 July because I found a better provider. That day was their last walk out and they managed to lose my 9 year old cavalier. Whats even worse was that my neighbour found my dog and reached out to my partner and I and we than had to call Woofers to get the story. As you can imagine i was so horrified because we was found roaming the road near home and all i got was attitude and was told that "your dog decided to take himself home and I guess I have to apologise for that". WE NEVER even got a call from them to say he was lost... our neighbour called us because they found him and We had to contact them. I told the staff exactly what I thought of their service and 5 mins later had their management staff, calling me to yell down the barrel of the phone for upsetting their staff. My dog had been left to roam the streets, i was not contacted and they had spoken over me and effectively told me "i signed the terms and condition" so they weren't liable. You may use woofers and love them - which is fine, but the day something bad happens, they will not let you know and it will NEVER be their problem.
