Shonelle is amazing! I have been suffering with leg pain for years, I struggle to stand all day and my legs throb constantly, by the end of the day I can't do anything. After seeing a naturopath previously and not having any luck, I was getting tired of not having answers as to what was causing my head to be foggy and my stomach to turn.

I found With Wellness and The 500 Item Hair Test on Facebook, purchased it on the website, received instructions via email and sent my sample for processing. Within a few weeks I received a call from Shonelle to go over the report which was emailed earlier in the day, and I went about removing the items that came up red. Oddly, the items I thought were going to be a problem were not and foods like onion, garlic and capsicum were. I removed the foods that were marked red and within a few weeks noticed my focus and concentration improving and there were fewer trips to the toilet.

On occasion, I have those foods, such non-organic eggs or bread and the sometimes the symptoms come back. However, the severity is a lot less, and I feel a lot better.
