This is my go to shop to get lash threading. The staff at the Chermside store do a wonderful job and so efficiently. They listen to the customer and provide exactly what is requested. The price is reasonable for lashes and packages are available if you wish to define yourself.
5 OUT OF 5. I had the most pleasant visit. From the first step in I was greeted and barely waited at all for my appointment. I left looking better than I became in, and that means a good experience. Quick, which isn't always a plus in this industry but the quality and value was crazy good. Definitely would recommend.
OMG this is the most painful thing I have ever had done, tears were running down my face, in saying this my eyebrows look fantastic, the girls were amazing and a few giggles were had at my reaction, I personally will not be having this again as I am very sensitive, but the shape and look of your eyebrow is worth the pain for people tougher than me
I was very very happy with the result threading gives. It was my first time at Winkbar and the young therapist made me feel very relaxed.
The young girl at the counter was very polite and helpful also.
Overall a great experience and I will be coming back :)

I go here every 3weeks to get my eyebrows threaded.
They are very good at shaping eyebrows and will talk to you about your shape and how to improve the overall shape.
ITs a walk-in bar but its become popular so you cant really get in without an appointment on weekends. But never had a problem getting in on weekday mornings!

I will return to this business. This unusual process offers great results- better than waxing, and these women are very professional. The young girl at the counter was great- she described everything clearly and put me at ease. It feels a little like someone is raking your brows, not ripping off your skin, like waxing. It does leave you red like waxing, so plan to do it at the end of your shopping ! I don't like being in the centre of the mall, with little privacy, but it would keep their prices down somewhat. Comfy waiting chairs and magazines full of gossip while you wait. Quick and easy. Well worth a try.

The whole experience was one of care for the customer, I was made comfortable, and the
work was professional. I was very satisfied, my eyebrows looked great, had a tint as well.

Able to easily make an appointment. Staff explained process well. Was a little rushed, but very high quality work. Prices are reasonable, a little bit more expensive than waxing but it lasted longer, so it was worth it.
The beautician described exactly what she was going to do, and when I explained that I had arthritis and unable to properly raise one of my arms to help keep the skin around my eye taut, she had one of the other beauticians assist so that the whole experience was comfortable and pain free for me.
