The reception staff should be instructed to tell potential clients when they phone for consultation that all fees MUST be paid in full at time of visit. When I left this clinic I felt like a 71 yr old thief.
They've been taken over and its really gone down hill. You make an appointment with a vet, only to never see a vet and only a vet nurse, then they still charge you full price.
I used to make an appointment for a cytopoint injection, be able to see an ACTUAL VET, the vet would do a health check on the animal, then the cytopoint, clip nails etc. Last time I went the vet nurse gave the cytopoint and said see ya. No general health check up. Still charged full price for the consult.
Selling to these corporate pricks is already destroying what was a great reputable. We had been customers for 5 years. Not coming back.

One of the best vets I have ever been to. Best one in this area for sure, treated myself and my lovely German Shepherd with the best experience. Answered all my questions and concerns without making me feel stupid. Advised me of all my options and never made me feel pressured. Best value for money as well which is a bonus.
Great service, friendly staff. Don't suppose anyone is ever going to be happy with the bill, but far more reasonable than many vet's in the area. Saved my dog's life so have to give them 5 stars

really really helpfull and friendly understands that they are more then just an animal they are part of the family
