I had my kitchen renovation done by WEDO in February 2023. I had a dishwasher installed by them and also had to pay additional charges for the plumber and electrician, which were not included in the bill. The dishwasher that had been only used for 8 times broke down. I had Bosch appointed staff to come down and take a look at it, and he mentioned that there was nothing wrong with it and that the installation of the dishwasher was faulty. The dishwasher was forced in, and it could not be pulled out by him. The connections of the hose was not done properly. The connections to the dishwasher, the hose has to be taken out and refit. Drain hose also holding water as going under kicker & around a corner on an extension hose. As such, the connections of the hose need to be redone. He also mentioned that there could be a eater seepage at the base of the cupboard. As such, the people who did the cabinets and installing of the dishwasher, who are from WEDO, should be called in, as he is not the correct person to remove the cupboards or do the connections. He also mentioned that he could not guarantee that the dishwasher would not break down once again. In addition to that, he mentioned that there should never be an extension board to connect the dishwasher. I immediately contacted the Project Coordinator via a telephone call in mid-June 2024. And subsequently via emails. Since 27 June 2024, since I sent her an email, there had been no updates or contacts made to me. On 4 July, I sent another email. No response. Calls are also unanswered. As such, the dishwasher cannot be used until this is rectified. Though the company promised a 10 year warranty for their services, this is not done. I had faced a lot of problems with this company since the renovations were done. They never kept to their words of finishing the renovations as promised and dragged it longer, resulting in alot of inconveniences as I was not being able to use the kitchen whilst I was residing there, when the renovations were being done. They are rude, always shirking their responsibilities and never kept to their charges and kept increasing them until the project was completed. I had to incur additional costs and had to pay as the renovations were already in progress. Up till today, more than a month, having the dishwasher breaking down, they have not acknowledged my complaint or even come down to rectify this issue. The main thing is that there is completely nothing wrong with the dishwasher, and it's solely the installers fault. Even when the concern of possible water seepage, which may result in termites, was brought up, there was no reassurance given nor sending someone to address my concerns. I'm also highly disappointed with Bunnings to recommend this company to do the renovations. Please, at all costs, avoid this company as they are horrible and inefficient.
Nearly two months gone and no message or word about a quote we requested. The guy who attended our premises did not leave an impression they were interested to do the job. Poor customer etiquette, they could at least let us know they are not interested.
