Webb Floor Surfacing

We had both timber and cork floors sanded and re-sealed. The quote was for all sanding and necessary filling as well as 3 coats of polyurethane finish. Filling was not done, only 2 coats of polyurethane were applied and a large amount of debris (dust, dirt, hair, bristles from the brushes etc) was sealed onto the floors. I complained about the quality of the work and a third coat of sealer was applied only to the cork floors - these looked appalling after only 2 coats of sealant. The timber floors really needed a 3rd coat as well but this was not done. The owner of the business did not bother to follow up on his workmen before or after we complained. We are very unhappy with the service and the quality of the workmanship - our floors are testament to the poor job that was done. Don't believe the testimonials on the website.
