I had a great and pleasant experience for a faulty ducted heater replacement/changeover with Weathermakers in SE Melbourne. Phillip offered a very competitive quote for supply and install of a new unit and was able to attend and complete the job promptly within 2 days. Very professional installation , completed within an hour with no hidden surprises, and all working smoothly. Recommended A++.
