I went in with a reference photo explained what I wanted and got only the shape that I asked for length completely wrong and ended up declining colour because I was ignored on the length. The photo I provided was exactly what I asked for length colour and shape.

I wouldn't recommend this salon .got my nails infilled an omg they had lumps in them an some wasn't even shaped properly.only went there as my salon was busy .will hav to go an get them fixed again tmoz at my salon

I use to have my nails done there regularly for years, there has been a 10 year gap inbetween nails but after getting a new set 2 weeks ago id say they are still as great as beforehand!

I have only had my nails done there once and I had acrylic, and my fingernails are very, very small (because I am young) and he did EXCEPTIONALLY WELL!!!!
And I know for a fact he did not enjoy it because it was so difficult!
So for all u haters out there, if u don't like the place, DONT GO THERE!!!!!
U all have better things to do than make a buissness feel bad!

Didn't listen to what i wanted & did the wrong thing, then tried to blame me for it. I was very clear what i wanted. He was also very rough & rushed.
I will not be going back.
Went in to find out about getting my nails done two weeks ago. Was told if I waited 10 minutes they could do them straight away. After 20 minutes they finally got to me. 5 ninutes after starting the lady doing my nails got a phone call on her personal mobile phone and continued to have the conversation on the phone whilst doing my nails. I thought a that was a bit rude and made me really uncomfortable.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE MY NAILS, but the price you spend in that store I think the customer service could be a little better.

i have only been there once for french nails and they rushed the job were that rough that my fingers and cuticles were sore for 3 weeks and bruised they did not care about what they were doing as they only want the money. their prices are the same as everywhere else so it is not as if the treatments is due to cheap prices.

I headed into here as I had a gift voucher that I received as a present!
I was happy that raw as given an appointment straight away as I called half hour before hand. When I came into the store, the ladies working there were very polite.
I felt my pedicure was abit rushed as 3 walk-ins entered wanting refills & new French nails. They were told to come back in 10 minutes. That was not long after my pedi just started :-/
Then not long after, it was finished & headed to the front counter. As soon as the lady seen that I was paying with my gift voucher, she just took it without a smile then headed back to what she was doing.
It was so awkward & I just walked out.
Sorry to hear you had negative experience, shame u were treated like that when u used a voucher, after all it has already been paid for....
