List your business for freeSoroptimist Club had a small morning tea at my place to celebrate Indigenous Literacy Day recently. I made the lemon myrtle teacake and also spread crackers with cream cheese and bush’etta and others with quandong balsamic jam with a dollop of vanilla yoghurt. All delicious. I purchased the jam, bush’etta and your cookbook at Warriparinga Kaurna centre fairly near to where I live.
I took a photo of the teacake as the recipe made an enormous amount – 2 mixing bowls, and two 8” square tins!
The cake was like no other – the spices were exotic and blended so beautifully together in this recipe. So glad it was a big cake as there were take-home slices and still some to share. It was fine textured and moist. I made the icing with dessert lime powder and icing sugar, but substituted butter for the egg yolks.
Thank you for starting me on this Warndu adventure.
