Wrong part sent
Ordered from these joker a dryer door seal , took ages to come and was the wrong part , so e seal to whatever I emailed twice got a response and never heard of again, I sent photos to and you can tell easily by the website photo what they sent was not the part. A waste of time money and your customer service sucks Cheetos
No one else could deliver!
These guys were the only company in Melbourne who could deliver within 48h! We were after Bosch pump and everyone we called had 7 days, and up to 2 weeks for the part being ready for pick up. Excellent service ! And the WM is working now! Thank you so much!

Amazing service from WAM Electrical. We booked an appointment for technician to visit us on Wednesday. Received a couple of reminder notifications before the technician came. He was courteous & punctual. Everything was sorted within a hour.

Execellent with service with fast , efficient and knowledgable technicians and staff with honest and straight up advises if it is worth it or not . Also not to forget the cheapest spare parts available online on their website! with knowledgeable staff to help you purchase the right part and advise you on how to go about it . Definately recommended and would advise everyone to use their services , they promise less and deliver way more than expected .
I'd like to say a big thanks to the staff at WAM, especially the receptionist who is genuinely lovely and the technician. I got fast service on my Fisher and Paykel Washing Machine which wouldn't drain. They had the necessary parts with them and fixed it on first attendance, the technician was a professional and even gave me helpful tips on how to care for my washer so it lasts longer. Prices were fixed and advised upfront. Highly recommended

Cost was not cheap, but technician arrived the day following my call, and was on time. Diagnosis of the problem was quick and had the spare part I needed on board.

From the receptionist who booked my service call to the technician who was actually early and waited for me to get home, the entire staff and experience were great. They fit us in on a time schedule that suited my needs and they even called when the technician was early. They had the belt for our LG Condenser Dryer on the van and the unit was fixed within 20 mins of their arrival at our home.
I actually picked this company over a cheaper option because they seemed to have their act together over the phone compared to some others that i called. Glad I did not consult here first or I may not have given them a chance. Happy I did.

Totally let down by this pathetic outfit, untrained service people who are scruffy in appearance and have no idea of servicing LG white goods.
They have no respect for the customer and make multiple mistakes, dont carry any spare parts OR TOOLS,
