“I am extremely dissatisfied with the representation I received from the solicitors handling my case. In my experience, the level of support and preparation fell short of my expectations and left me feeling that my case was not handled as thoroughly as it could have been.

There were several areas that concerned me. I felt that key inconsistencies between different accounts were not fully explored, and from my perspective, some important details were left unaddressed. I also found that I needed to provide my own medical information, as I did not feel that relevant supporting material was actively sought on my behalf.

Communication was another issue. I felt unclear about aspects of the process, including the potential impact on my employment and the full scope of possible costs, which led to unexpected outcomes later on. At times, I did not feel fully informed or guided through important decisions.

I also experienced difficulty obtaining documentation when I requested it, which added to my frustration during an already stressful situation.

Overall, I felt unsupported and not fully confident in how my case was managed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.”

This company has been my family solicitors for as long as I can remember. Most recently used them when I bought my house. They are quite expensive- but what solicitors aren't. However, you get what you pay for. They are very thorough, don't mess around- so don't expect them to have a laugh or a joke with you.
The receptionists are always very professional, well dressed and spoken. Highly recommend Walker Pender group.
