The reason for this review is because after approaching Sara at Vivaldi kindly and respectfully letting her know there was a problem with my haircut, I received no apology, she stood there staring at me as if I was an alien. When I mentioned I had a lot of difficulty styling my hair for a wedding due to the bad haircut, the response was “That would’ve sucked”. That’s it, no sorry or apology. Clearly she needs to work on her Empathy skills.

I was a client of Valona & associates since they opened in Livingston shopping centre. Unfortunately they closed their doors and so I thought I would support local and booked with Sara at Vivaldi to have a trim which turned out to be a bad haircut.
If you are in the mood for a bad haircut, Sara will help you out.
I am not a complainer, if Sara had apologised and shown she was sorry I would not have published this review.

This hairdressing service is very reasonably priced for the service provided. Staff seem to have a high turnover, but I am not too fussed on new people cutting my hair. I keep returning because of the lowish price. Haven't had a disastrous haircut there yet!
