Vision Shots

I'm nit sure if this is the same company but after reading reviews I think it is.This is the worst company ever $800 paid and still no photo's. Was told company gone bankrupt and I can't get money back and can't have any photo's. We signed up at Morayfield shopping centre and had photo's done at Rothwell. Horrible photo's....makeup wad so bad. Was paying them off for photo's as first time having photo's done with my husband ,my daughters and grandchildren... My husband is now deceased and I would love to have had photo's of that day, regardless of the quality.Picked out portraits and to this day nothing. I am on the understanding they are now doing business under another name... when I rang the number provided The lady told me they were bankrupt... Just goes to show must do homework on businesses popping up in shopping centres.

Do not recommend... Do NOT BUY their vouchers!!! I purchased a voucher at Grand Central Toowoomba....after several phone calls to make an appointment for the photo shoot, I was told they would be in contact and have never been contacted since. They only want to sell vouchers and not follow through with the promised "fun photo shoot with champagne". A complete RIP OFF run by a very shady business.....no moral conscience....

We had photos done in Cairns, we brought 3 amazing photos and yes it was a little more expensive than we anticipated but worth every cent, we recieved our photos within 2 weeks and we were given our photos on a disk the night of our shoot. The makeup artist was lovely and all the staff and photographer were amazing and very funny with our kids. The only thing was we weren't offered a "champagne" but they had a water cooler which we were more than happy with.

My partner I and my son whom was 4 months old at the time, went to vision shots at Kippa ring... And it was a horrible experience. $500 for 3 photos and we had to chose out of like 10 really crappy ones. The photographer was really impatient with our son and wasn't very professional. The make up artist didn't seem to know what she was doing, and they didn't even offer us a beverage even though we were promised champagne and all this extra stuff with the package. Location was unprofessional. Just hands down a really awkward uncomfortable experience. Not worth the money at all.

Would not recommend to anyone, they are not who and what they portray in advertisement, very disappointed and sickened from my experience. $500 for 3 [redacted due to offensive language] photos, one of my mum in her bra which my mum is a very modest women, she was persuading into taking her dress off (that me and her specifically bought just for this occasion) and to pose sexy, my mum was shaking whilst being photographed as she was completely out of her comfort zone in a very unhappy way, I felt bad having to put my mother through that, mind you she's 50 next year!!! it was obvious the photographer was just tryna have a perv, plus im so sure he was drunk cause he kept slurring his words ( kinda a bit like captain jack sparrow) and was very rude to the make up artist who was indian and even made some racist remarks to her, i felt bad for her having to put up with such an arrogant [redacted due to negative personal comment], he even made my mums breast bigger without saying anything and when she said she didn't want that he insisted that he just gave them more shape, the way he edited my mother was like he was saying she's not good looking, my mother is traumatized and so am I, this company needs to be shut down

I got more than I expected. The photos cost me about 900.00 but after being to other studios this was great value for money, and they are letting me pay them off. The photographer was amazing, (he must be new, he had so much energy) and the kids loved him. The photos were all airbrushed which was great because I'm not a personal fan of my lines. The best thing was that the whole thing only took about an hour, which was great because my kids don't like too sit around all day. The only negative thing I could say is that I missed out on my champagne, but considering how busy they were its a minor oversight. I love my photos. We all look amazing.

Worst experience I have ever had. was so embarrassed by the photos that I cant stand to look at them. I looked so uncomfortable in the shots , On a white back ground I looked terrible, the make up was dreadful it looked like I had one black eye . My hair was put in a pony tail , thats nothing different that I do everyday. What was worse than ever it was the 1st time I have ever had glamour shots done, and to have your husband and kids even laugh was so horrible. They asked why I paid for that? all I can say is it had turned me off photographers ... at least glamour ones so very dissapointed .

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! PHOTOS ARE TERRIBLE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I purchased TWO Vouchers from at Grand Plaza Shopping Centre at Browns Plains which had to be "cash".. I guess so they don't have to pay tax!!!
To entice my sister and myself to purchase these vouchers we were assured of a fantastic Glamorous make over, hundreds of shots to choose from, champagne and basically a fun experience.
I followed through with the booking, mostly for my sister as she has never had glamour shots before, whereas I have done this a couple of times and worked for a Photographic studio in Sydney, so I had built up her expectations.
What a let down!
Firstly the studio left much to be desired and was NOT a comfortable setting, your make up artist advised my sister that she didn't want to be there.
We were not even offered a glass of water let alone champagne.
Our make up was shocking, my own make up is better than this on a normal work day! After the first 4 photos were taken and I advised the photographer that I didn't like any of them, I went back to the make up artist and had to remove and fix my own makeup. I had one completely black eye and one half orange half black!!
As for the basic hairstyle, I don't consider my hair brushed down and sprayed on the top with hairspray even a basic style, nor my sister's PONYTAIL!!!
During my sister's photo's we suggested to get a nice photo of her tattoo across her back, your photographer instantly said NO!! The poses were to be the same until I said I wanted something else.
The photographer took a total of 16 photos (which is pathetic compared to what was intimated). Of which, yes we choose 3 and under duress. These photos are nothing like what is portrayed on advertising, walls and shopping centre stand. They were plain and something we could have done with a phone camera and got a better look.
I paid for 3 photos ($324) for what is very unsatisfactory photos. More fool me for paying for them but I felt intimidated to do so. I requested a refund prior to the photos being printed as they are not something I would be proud to show anyone and are very disappointing.
When I spoke to the business, they challenged me to go to Fair Trading!
Just avoid like to plague!!!

my family went and had photos done with this questionable outfit, they basically stopped me from going past their stand at grand plaza in browns plains, I didn't want to have photos done but they wouldn't let me past and badgered me into signing up, they wanted $59 for the sitting but said $50 cash would be okay, I ended up giving them the $50 bucks so they would let me go, i asked for a reciepts but was told "we dont do reciepts for cash." I spoke to my husband and he said well you have paid for it may as well go, we did it was terrible. The make up artist brushed my hair and that's it, no hairspray and no style, unlike what I paid $50 for, the make up was a joke, this girl had extremely bad smokers breath which is unprofessional for what is expect from a person in close contact to your face. Then the photography, the photographer was clearly not happy to be there to say the least, his work was extremely dull and he was extremely rude, no personality and no people skills he couldn't even pose us properly the photos were terrible, I tried to leave without buying anything and my goodness the guilts these two put on us for wasting their time!!!, "were on commission and we wont get paid" "what if someone was tragically killed you'd feel terrible not buying these today, as we have to delete them if you leave" etc etc, my god it was our time and money we wasted, and fancy saying that!!! they tried to make the photos better with photoshop but they looked even worse, I ended up buying the basic package for $300 or so, and I wont bother framing them they are awful, the colour is even worse than I saw on their computer. avoid this "Questionable" outfit at all costs!!! I spoke to the office of fair trading and they told me they were well aware of this company, their sales tactics are illegal, they are not allowed to stop you at the shopping centre this is considered "unsolicited" and you are entitled to get your money back!!!
