We have purchased curtains from this company before and we obtained what made the variation was the client service. Very fascinated, not only with the blinds but the phone calls to hark at the progression they have done it, everything at the best. They also provide services like Cleaning of blinds, roman blinds etc. We would not wait to recommend their service to those hunting for blinds.

A franchisee of VIP Home Services based in Cleveland, Queensland attended my property for a 2 hour clean, as well as leaving the property in a state that even my 4 year old could do better, he reversed into my garage door leaving a huge dent caused by his tow bar. On questioning this he returned to our property to look over it with us and had removed the tow bar from its holder and denied he caused the damage!!! Head office also visited our property and said they wouldn't do anything about it!!! I have had to pay $500 excess on my home insurance to have the door replaced and been advised by my insurers that i probably wont win the case as there was no witness... As someone who enters your home, you expect honesty!!! Absolutely disgusting, do not use VIP HOME SERVICES to provide any services [Redacted inflammatory comment]

Carpet Cleaner at the phone when i called was very nice and serviced me for the carpet cleaning within 2 days pf my call, the price was the best in Melbourne. I wanted to say that Vip Cleaning Services Melbourne did a fantastic job of cleaning my basement apartment. Team were very professional and met all my expectations.
