When starting a new business venture there are many tasks to overcome and one of the biggest for me was deciding on which computer platform to choose for the business. What size processor should I get? What size screen? Will my web-conferencing software work better? How will I hook it all up?
I decided to outsource the whole thing to Vinci Technologies – I am glad I did!
Matteo was always there. He spent time getting to know my requirements and then narrowed down the myriad of options open to me to just a few. After ordering all of the hardware and software he came around and installed everything so that when I turned it on later that evening all I had to do was sit down and start working!

Recently I had two major problems to resolve, one on my mobile phone and the other with transferring cd audio to digital hard drive in a couple of formats. My first problem was that my phone was blocked and I could not use it all. I was held $ ransom for it to be released by the hackers who did this. Every time I would try to turn on my phone, a notice came up to pay the money and my phone would be released. Looking on the internet I learnt that this virus was at the time unbreakable. Matteo was able to eliminate this virus and restore my phone to normal and better working condition.
On the second occasion I had some very important cd disks that had to be transferred enhanced and put into special hard drive files. Though it was a time consuming process for Matteo, his enthusiasm to do it was always there.
Matteo's knowledge, service, dedication and follow-up was something that is very really seen or given these days. In the future, if I have any problems with my computers etc. the only person I would consider to go to would be Matteo.

We had a very persistent problem with our laptop for about 2 months. Matteo was the man for the job as he tried all sorts of means to establish the "beast" back into normality and eventually succeeded.
I must say without reservation that Matteo's customer focus was of the highest caliber. He would always get back to you promptly when the issue kept returning (slow computer that would frequently freeze and had to be manually powered off).
