Several times i have returned to rent another movie or game only to be told i had overdue late fees. The problem as i was told after telling them there
was no way i had returned my rentals late was that whoever served me hadn't inputed into the computer at the point of sale that i had rented the item when it was on special, ie half price wednesdays etc. For instance i had rented 2 new release games at half price & was a 3 day rental, it had been put into their computer that i had only rented them for 1 day & was charged 2 extra days worth of late fees. This seems to happen when im served by a very young person & not the older girls there. I do however feel that their immediate solution to waive the late fees is excellent customer service. My only constructive criticism is there tv show rentals, for many they only have 2 seasons instead of all of them, shows like the A-Team etc. Also they don't rent out whole seasons for $10 anymore but rather split the season up into several discs and charge for each one making it more expensive. The quality of the dvd's is often not the best, to many times a movie is ruined half way through because of scratched discs resulting in scenes being skipped, very frustrating.

As a follow up to my original review i am close to cancelling my membership to videoezy because of the constant poor quality of the dvd's. Constant scratched discs whenever i rent weekly movies. You rent a weekly, take it home & look at the disc & it's covered in scratches. So many evenings ruined by this.
