Vida Chiropractic

I have had 3 adjustments at Vida over the past 2 weeks and I feel so much better for it. Jessie is both very professional in her approach and friendly at the same time. Jessie phoned me after my first adjustment on the same day to check in to see how I was going. She also went out of her way to obtain additional information for me. Fingers crossed a condition I have suffered with most of my life has vanished! Thankyou Jessie! I highly recommend Jessie at Vida.

Due to a growing desire to maximise my overall health, I decided to begin with Michael and the team at the start of the year (6 months ago).

Since doing so, I'm a lot more aware of the food I eat, the amount of water I drink and how my breathing impacts health. Physically, I have improved posture, and after most adjustments I feel noticeably calmer and more peaceful. They're a very friendly and professional team, and they do great work. Highly recommended.

I began with Michael and the team approx 4 years ago and have not looked back since. Approx 20 years I was involved in a near fatal car accident. Thanks to the expertise of Michael and team I have very little or know on going ailments or pain.
I used to get asthma quite regularly, but with regular visits to Vida Chiropractic this has vanished, I have not had much asthma in the past two years.
Both my boys see Michael and really notice how good they feel after an adjustment.

Michael and the team at Vida are extremely welcoming and accommodating. I take my 5yr old daughter and myself to Michael for regular adjustments. The support team go out of their way to help (eg mind my baby and keep my 5yr old occupied in the kids play area whilst I am being treated). Michael is very thorough in his treatment, very knowledgeable about the human body (not just the spine) and is expertly able to pinpoint and treat specific problem areas (as well as help you identify and treat the causes of your symptoms). I recommend Vida to anyone requiring chiropractic treatment.

We have been going to Vida for quite some time. They are a friendly, positive bunch of people and I like the way that they focus on overall wellness, not just back pain or neck pain. I started going because I was having some back problems during pregnancy and having regular chiropractic really helped.

Interestingly, my daughter, who was two years old at the time, was having a lot of problems with ear infections. The ear specialist recommended surgery to put grommets in her ears. Michael, the chiropractor, suggested that we try chiropractic for six weeks before we made a decision about the surgery and I was amazed to find that her ears cleared up. She is now nearly five and has only had one ear infection in the past three years, so the surgery was never necessary. Before this experience, I didn't know that chiropractic could help with areas of health other than the back and neck, so it's been wonderful to learn that it helps improve the nervous system, which helps improve health overall.
