The Staff and the attention to detail is wonderful. They are all very experienced hairdressers. The salon is comfortable and very clean. You can see they all take the Customer Service seriously. I live at Banyo and I travel to Vickis, as I am always treated with respect and care and I love what they do to my hair. Rebecca Sparks is my hair dresser. She is truely wonderful. She has been at Vickies for 10 years, as alot of the Staff are long termers. So that says alot about the company. Well done and Thankyou to you ALL.

Such amazing friendly service and from a girl who rarely goes to hair dressers and had never had her hair coloured before going here, I can't be happier. They make you feel comfortable and ensure you get what you while also ensuring that you will indeed love it (they gave me advice that not only saved me money but also helped to keep my hair healthy). I won't go anywhere else!

Cherie and the girls at Vicki's have been taking care of my hairdressing for a loooooong time. I love my visits to Vicki's - everyone is always friendly and helpful and Cherie knows exactly what I want for my hair. Always come out relaxed and renewed!

The girls here are amazing, always courteous, helpful and keen to chat. The stylist who handled me was fantastic as well. I left feeling and looking great -- and paid a nice price for it. Will be back.

The girls are always so cheerful whilst always professional And every single one of them performs wonderful head and scalp massages. Such a relaxing atmosphere, I can't wait for Sheree to color and cut my hair again And even if she isn't available, I have no problem with any of the talented Vickis Hairtrix team to provide the same quality service.

I would recommend them to anyone. All the girls are friendly, courteous & really care about their Clients. I used to be a Hairdresser & owned a Salon - so have a bit of experience. Can say this is the best Salon I have ever been in. I really look forward to my monthly visit & always leave feeling great.

Anyone who lives in the Pine Rivers area and is looking for a quality hairdressing salon I highly recommend Vicki's Hairtrix at Kippa-ring. My hairdresser is Julie ( who has been looking after my hair for the past twelve and half years. Julie previously owned her own Salon at Brendale and when she sold I followed.) I am extremely pleased with the staff at Vickie's - they are alway friendly and make my stay enjoyable. I have been going to Vicki's Hairtrix for over nine years. I never once had a bad experience and continually recommend everyone to Vicki's Hairtrix. I personally choose to see the Hairstylist/ make up artist Sherree. Who is truly talented and always friendly. I am truly grateful to find a hairstylist/ make up artist who can always find time to fit me in and make me look stunning, no matter the occasion.

I have had 3 hair dressers during this time which have all been amazing.
My Stylist now is Jannie and she is the loveliest girl , always gives me a consultation before hand and her colour and styling skills are fantastic.I have never been disappointed with the result.
Women stop me all th time in the street and at work and ask me where I have my hair done so I carry there cards with me all the time to refer them to the salon.thankyou for a great experience every time I come , all the staff are friendly and professional.

I always go for service whatever I am shopping for but these girls have down to a fine art. Their hairdressing skills are great and I always walk out feeling good about myself. They are always prompt and nice people to be around.
