Friendly, helpful and informative from the phone booking to the actual visit to the vet. The vet we had was very caring to our cats, and explained all treatment options to us thoroughly. Costs are fair.
A couple of weeks ago, a friend had gone on holiday so i was left to care for her 7 month malteser. He was so energetic and cute! One day however, he suddenly start vomiting and i got super worried! I took him here to see what was wrong and the vets were all super experienced and friendly. They made me feel much better about the whole thing when they told me he just ate something bad, probably off the street during a walk. He turned out to be fine, and the vets, after hearing the dog was not mine, gave me a phone call a week after with some tips on looking after dogs. Highly professional, good value. Would definitely recommend.

I have taken my dogs here multiple times and found the vets to be reliable, happy, friendly and gentle. They were considerate, listened to the issue and were helpful in sending home a chilli liquid to put on my dogs bandage to stop him ripping it off.
Staff are friendly and willing to help find tertiary students work in the area and gain experience. They keep a clean and tidy practice and show the same attitude to the animals that come in.

They seemed to be in a rush to put my pet down after they had botched a procedure. They tried to make me feel that everything was done to save him, then tried to say I would give permission to do so. The hefty bill that was either fair or appropriate was also disgusting, if my pet was human they would have been sued for negligence.
