VectorFit sessions are a full body workout and lots of fun! Chris really takes the time to concentrate on proper technique. I loved his enthusiasm and honestly the hour went by so fast!

99% of PTs believe 'training' someone involves yelling encouragement to do exercises with poor technique faster. I have been training with the crew at VectorFit for around 12 months now and have had a very pleasant experience. I have some old sporting injuries they help me work around to ensure they get better, not worse. Can't recommend them more highly.

Chris is great. His approach is different to other PTs I’ve had in the past. He runs quality sessions with a focus on sustainable changes. He was especially helpful and knowledgeable during my pregnancy!

I have been amazed at the progress I have made in three months, training twice a week with Chris, as part of a small group of 4, all aged in our 60s. Chris is brilliant at analysing our individual strengths and weaknesses and giving helpful feedback to ensure we are all exercising safely and making progress. We work hard, but we always feel better at the end of each session! As a golfer, I have been delighted with a 20 m increase in driver distance (without any loss in accuracy!). I think this is related to my improvements in whole body strength, balance and flexibility. Most of these gains have been made while Chris supervises our sessions remotely in real time during lockdown.
