A nice little cafe in the beautiful John Curtain building, ANU. Located near the front entrance, this seems to be very popular with the medical students and staff. Fridges full of all sorted beverages, plenty of healthy drinks options (like fruit smoothies). Nice seating with tables of newspapers and magazines to read. Service was good. Enjoyed the hot chocolate.
We stumbled into the Vanilla Bean Cafe after a heavy-duty seminar in the conference room and were pleasantly surprised with the range of quality food items. The Vanilla Bean Cafe services the science and medical research staff/students at the JCSMR at ANU and is on Garran Road behind the football oval. We liked their quick service and friendly attitude to hungry customers.
