My new laptop froze after a viral attack. Many thanks to Joseph and Tanui for their IT skills and assistance in resolving the problem. From the first contact with the receptionist to the end of the service, they all provide excellent customer service, I can highly recommend this IT company.
I was connected by the chat support and asked a simple question but it seems that Olivia was not very happy when I was called out for moment. The chat was closed when I came back. I tried to reopen it but my ip was blocked. I used a VPN and got re-connected to the chat window. I asked Olivia the same question and said I was sorry I was called out. I was then abruptly told that I obviously did not read her reply she had sent. How can I see the reply if she closed the chat window. Before I could respond with anything, she closed that chat window too. Very rude
