We highly recommend Phil Utter’s driving school. Safety protocol, explicit instruction, conversational skills, practical advice and knowledge of Queensland road rules are second to none. Phil was able to take a young learner driver and equip him with the skills necessary to safely navigate roads and to drive with confidence. I can’t thank Phil enough for his instruction and support. He genuinely cares about the youth and safety on the road is his highest priority.
