Ordered a record. It came quickly. It was shipped in a high quality outer sleeve with the Utopia Records logo on it. The fact that it was shipped with a decent sleeve proves to me that this business cares about its customers and products, and wants my repeat business. Well, they have it, very happy with this purchase.

best place for all your records, moved from the city but great place, can shop for hours and they have everything, helpful staff too

Best record store in NSW hands down for all alternative music not found in other stores , with large range of clothes dvds, cds all goods, anything u could think of to do with music , i have been a customer for many years prior to relocation of the store

A great CD store for alternative, rock, punk and metal types of music. They also carry band memorabilia t-shirts, patches, badges and the like. The staff are a bit of a lucky dip some are really nice and helpful some not as much. Beware of prices on import products.
