Us Nails

My girlfriend had the nails done at US Nails at Queen St Campbelltown today. She told the staff to be careful as one of her nails was hanging by the skin.The staff then cut her finger whilst cutting the nail.The staff continually pulled on the girlfriends arm to get it into the position that they wanted it in without asking her to move it.Probably because they could not converse due to the inadequated knowledge of the english language. The staff could not speak or understand English properly. I rang the store to speak with the management and was told by a staff who could hardly speak or understand English that management on holidays and no-one was in charge.This information took 3 calls after continually being hung up onto retrieve. I would not recommend this store. The quality of the nails is ordinary and the staff attitude is appalling.The staff are obviously not trained to a satisfactory standard nor can they speak or understand English enough to be working in this type of customer orientated store.my rating is don't go there.
