Urban Gym

A good mix of people. Nice equipment. Trainers and staff are fairly friendly. It's a good place to work out in a rather busy day

One of the best places that I have had the pleasure of working out. It is thanks to the team at Urban that I have lost 20kg in 12 months.

With the knowledge and persistence the team has it truly is a one stop shop for working out and reaching your targets. Personal service and friendship count for a lot at Urban.

Would never have dropped 30kg without the help and support of Urban Gym, not just by the staff but the members aswell.. I have tried other gyms and only ever lasted 3 month.. But 1 year on, l cant image my life now without it ..

Been going for a little over 12 months, in the best shape of my life at the moment. They really care about you reaching your goals and work hard with you to get there. I've been to plenty of gyms before but nothing like this one! There is something here for everyone!!!

i have tried a few gyms and this is the only one that i have gotten results from the staff are great friendly and really help you to get the results you are after .i definitely recommend that you give this gym a go.

Urban Gym is a great place to work out and achieve amazing results. John is encouraging and the team are very supportive. The sessions are fun and challenging. When I first joined I intended to get fit and toned for my wedding then stop but I'm hooked and don't plan on leaving!

Started at Urban Gym close to a month ago now.
I have long been avoiding gyms as I have always found them monotonous and a chore.
Since starting at Urban gym the biggest problem I have is finding time for a rest day! I've been enjoying the classes and PT sessions so much I don't want to have a break!
Great staff, great people, great gym.

Great place to work out, Excellent encouraging culture, Everyone is made to feel welcome. Lot's of classes to do. Excellent PT's.
