This would have to be the worst home care service for aged care.The coordinators treat you poorly as a second class person.
They never respond to messages or emails and are so rude to speak to except for 1 poor lady Rayna.But happy with the 1 carere but management is so bad l would rather have nothing then them and they all lack empathy and understanding aged people.
