What a crock, how can they increase water charges while our usage has dropped considerably? This is a rip-off organisation designed to feather the next of Jim Soorley and his cronies. There is absolutely no justification for introducing privatisation of water and other utilities. We will end up not having access to water at all unless we're exceptionally wealthy. We'll have less access to water than a third world nation. How do they expect young families and the elderly who have limited resources already to survive when they're charging such an unethical amount?
