We are the lucky people who got to move into Unik Projects recent renovation in Burleigh! We fell in love with this place as soon as we saw it - we love how it has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the existing building, and to elevate it to a whole new level. The expanded floorplan has been beautifully designed for easy living, great flow and separate leisure spaces. We love the beautiful and functional fittings, quality workmanship and the thoughtful attention to detail - like the handcrafted herringbone tile splashback, coastal lightfittings and beautiful feature woodwork at the entrance.

In fact, we appreciated Unik’s work so much that they were our first choice of builder when we made a few additional tweaks to the property. Nick is an absolute pleasure to work with - open, communicative, great advice, punctual, friendly and quality work. We look forward working with Nick, and Unik, again in the future! Thank you!
