I have been going here years, and tried another local hairdresser for a change lately, and couldn't wait for my next appointment with undercuts. I have had cuts colours perms and foils here and have always been happy highly recommend this salon

Just had a haircut at undercuts and I found the staff there to exceptionally polite...couldn't be happier with their service and manners, will most definitely be going back. Such good old fashion value!!!

My whole family have been coming here for years. Professional cuts, friendly staff = great value for money. Have NEVER had a bad cut, bad service or waited for an hour. They listen to what you want, make suggestions / give advice when sought and we always leave happy! Keep up the good work girls.

Not good customer service - when I complained about wait (we had a booking) staff indignantly responded no customer had ever waited a hour - I pointed out it was currently 45 minutes - more excuses no apologies . Heres a tip - if your busy dont maake more bookings!

Weren't very polite. I feel like the staff rushed the cut and did not listen to what I wanted done to my hair! Lucky I own hair extensions. Very unhappy with my hair
