Ultimove was established in 2020. Since then, we have grown from a single-truck operation to a specialized premium removals service serving the Greater Sydney region.

We offer a "Care Guarantee." If we disassemble an item, we guarantee it will be reassembled to its original condition. Our reputation is built on accountability; if an issue arises, we resolve it promptly and professionally.

We offer a flexible approach depending on the job. For local residential moves, we typically operate on a transparent hourly rate with a clear minimum. For large-scale corporate relocations or long-distance moves, we provide fixed-price quotes to give our clients total budget certainty.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Our rates are competitive for the premium "white-glove" service we provide. Prices vary based on truck size and crew numbers (e.g., 2-man vs. 3-man teams). We recommend contacting us for a tailored quote, as factors like access and specialty items can influence the final rate.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

The "Reveal." There is nothing better than seeing a clients face go from stressed to relieved when they see their furniture perfectly placed and their beds assembled in their new home. We love being the "calm in the storm" of moving day.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

Payment is typically due upon completion of the move. We accept all major Credit Cards, EFT, and Cash. For corporate accounts, we offer structured invoicing terms. While we don't currently offer Afterpay, we work closely with clients to provide a service tier that fits their budget.

What makes you unique compared to your competitors?

Our Red Box System and our "Zero-Stress" philosophy. Unlike most movers who rely on flimsy cardboard, we provide eco-friendly, crush-proof plastic crates. We don't just move boxes; we provide a systematic, organized transition using modern equipment and a highly trained, permanent crewnot casual day-laborers.

What insurance do you hold, and what value are you covered for?

We carry comprehensive Public Liability and Transit Insurance. We prioritize the safety of your goods, and our coverage is designed to provide peace of mind for the full value of the items we transport. Specific coverage values can be provided during the quoting process.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

We are known for our efficiency. Most 23 bedroom home moves are completed within a single day. We do offer same-day service for smaller moves or urgent "Object-Related" transport, subject to availability.

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

We once moved a client who was terrified about transporting a 100-year-old family heirloom mirror. By the time we arrived, we had a 3-man team carrying it. Seeing her joy when it was hung safely in her new home - not a scratch on it - reminded us why we focus so much on the "specialist" side of moving.

Do you have any special offers? Do you offer any bulk or volume discounts?

Yes! We offer discounted rates for Long-Term Warehouse Storage and bundle deals when you combine our Packing Service with a full move. We also offer special rates for repeat corporate clients and local community organizations.
