My story - so far. I found what i thought was a good bargain from their eBay site for my daughters car. Booked in for Friday and turned up. My daughters car has lock nuts on and we provided the key. Thinking it would be a 40 min job, my daughter and i went to maccas for a coffee. Being unprofessional they used a rattle gun to get the nuts of - thereby splitting the key. We returned to be told 'we needed to find another key' so of we drove (i took my car as well) and found one in Wantirna South. Took that back - and they proceeded to use the rattle gun and break that one. And on it went etc. The last one they snapped off around the lug and couldn't get the part out. After 6 hours and a number of drives finding parts they had damaged i'd had enough and took the car to TTF in Ferntree Gully - but the damage was done. I now need to have the lug drilled, the stud re-tapped and new wheel nuts installed. All due to this place. My $320 tyres are not up around the $800 mark - and this mob charged me FULL PRICE for the poor fitting (directional tyres they put on the back the wrong way). So - there tyres are cheapish but gosh you pay for it in other ways.
