Miriam was great, she was proactive and never left me thinking “what now” or “what am I supposed to do” - which, being my first time into property investing (despite being a homeowner), I really needed that ‘hand holding’ by someone more experienced with it. I felt really confident and safe doing it.
I cannot thank Joanne enough for her help during this whole process. Her work was always of an extremely high professional nature but the extra effort she went to with supporting me through the trouble I had with my bank was fantastic and really appreciated.
Nothing seemed too much trouble for Joanne. She was always available for me to communicate with, whether via phone or email and I will definitely be referring others who may need a conveyancer to Tuckfields in the future.

I dealt with Rebecca Latta with my property settlement and she went above and beyond in making sure my property settled asap following a hitch in the sale contract which the bank only identified the day before settlement. The fact there was only a one day delay in settlement was exceptional and in no small part due to all the extra work Rebecca did to pull it all together.
I think Tuckfield Conveyancing did an amazing job to pull everything together. That's why I like dealing with women in business... they are organised and get the job done.
Hope I can use their services again soon and I will certainly recommend them to anyone.

I was essentially the “go between†and signator in selling a property on behalf of by my son who now resides in Canada. Such a scenario can, I imagine, be a difficult way to manage a property settlement.
Throughout the process I can only describe Katrina Morris's approach to the business at hand as friendly and polite, highly professional, helpful – always available to answer issues that may have crossed my mind and explaining the process in a manner that I could understand.

Jennifer Shaw assisted with settlement of my new house & land package and constantly followed up not only myself but all other parties as required. Through a highly stressful time where I received TERRIBLE service from several staff of KeyStart Finance; Mariana and Simone (DO NOT USE THEM!) the little things that Jennifer did made me feel supported when otherwise alone and isolated. If you are experiencing difficulties or would like a seamless and easy process it would be hard to go past Tuckfield Conveyancing.
Due to the poor service from KeyStart my purchase and settlement took 18 months, Jennifer stuck by my side this entire time and working in a service and sales position myself there is not enough I can say in appreciation for what she has done.

Conveyancing for our house we sold. Very friendly, hard working - we had a few hiccups (courtesy of the banks!) but Rebecca's calm and professional attitude helped us not get too stressed about things (at a time when there were plenty of other things to worry about!). Really really impressed.
As this is my first home, like many others, I Googled various conveyancing companies to make a comparison based on price and other clients comments. Tuckfield came back as my choice based on all the positive feedback / comments I read about from other clients with no negative feedback even though the price was a bit higher than others. As I am not experienced in the processes involved in purchasing a home, I wanted a company that will provide a quality service and that's exactly what I got.
From my experience, I think the staff at Tuckfield are very professional. Rebecca who handled my case was very clear and open with her communication. As stated earlier, I am unfamiliar with the processes involved in purchasing a home but they explained everything to me clearly so I was able to understand everything so I can make an informed decision.
Also, they were very patient with me as I work full time and am unable to pick up calls all the time, but Rebecca would always leave me a message to follow up to ensure I am in the loop with the progress. Further, I think Tuckfield have a very good network of individuals they can rely on as they referred me to a finance broker I ended up using.
My overall experience with Tuckfield Conveyancing was nothing but wonderful. I will definitely be using Tuckfields again in the future for other purchases.
