True Pest Control

I could rate this company lower than one star I would. We were provided a quote with disinfecting included, which we agreed to. The pest removalist arrived, found the dead animal and then advised the quote did not include the disinfecting, and changed around $150 extra.

After all of this we have gone to put stuff in our bins and found the dead animal in our recycling bin! Not the garbage bin, the recycling bin! It is assumed on our end, as a removalist they would remove the animal from your property(or at least be aware a dead animal cannot be recycled). For around $400 it’s more worth climbing in the ceiling and doing it yourself!

I have this "company" on CCTV doing nothing at my house apart from write an invoice. They then hassled me to pay ringing and sms's for 4 hours. When I sent payment details, they refused to accept it. I thought I was getting two quotes from different companies, but the two quotes came from the same person?! Then the quote changed from $200 to $660. This "scam" has 5 companies, 8 phone numbers, 6 email addresses and 2 URLs. And that's the only ones Ive found. Avoid! Scam!

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. We booked 3-5. We changed it on the day to 12.30-2.30pm. they were obliging until it got to 2.30pm. then they wanted later tonight or tomorrow. Stuffing around on time. We then looked up reviews and seen the horrendous reviews. We started calling around for someone else. The guy from this company called and said he just got the job and can be there no earlier than 4pm. We called the office and cancelled as the reviews were really off-putting plus there time conduct at this point was horrendous. this was 2.45pm. At 3.15pm the office called abusing me and threatening me that he wouldn't be cancelling the job at this point as the technician was at the door. I advised this was not ok and we would not be using their service as their reviews are terrible. He continued to be abusive. I hung up quite shaken

AVOID THIS COMPANY. The guy removed one tiny dead mouse, claimed he took two despite me watching him and even bringing the bag back inside to prove he was hiding the truth. Also tried charging me to disinfect for maggots that did not exist - I asked for a photo from our attic to prove it, he stood there for ages swiping through his phone (I saw him at the top of the ladder) before coming back down pretending he'd taken a photo.

Absolutely shocking service, do not use this company. Still trying to get a refund after being charged a whopping $297 for simply taking away one tiny mouse… And leaving chemicals dripped all over my floor.

When complaining and asking for a refund, they laughed and told me to go to Consumer Affairs. They do not care about customer service.
