Spoke to Mick in the evening and he was at my home in the morning. He let me know exactly what he suspected the problem was and how he was going to attempt to fix it, minimising cost. To my delight, he was successful on his first attempt. Efficient and honest, can't ask for more.

Mick is a true gentleman and is very honest, professional, conscientious reliable and kindly gave me some very helpful advice to save me spending money unnecessarily and this is not the first time. For a single person having a person you can trust to not overcharge and genuinely care about doing the best job they can for you feels like such a god-send.
