Our vision to spark change began in 2010 with our Founder Terry Clarke saw how some positive energy and key initial steps could cause immediate change and improvement in someone’s life. Since then Terry has worked as a contracted Personal Trainer, massage therapist, a Goodlife Fitness Director managing more than 20 businesses at a time, an AIPT mentor and assessor and finally a trainer and assessor for AIK and TRX. During this time he has been gathering and compiling as much knowledge about the Fitness Industry to help his clients and now other trainers.
