Have purchased a lot of toys at this shop, there service is fantastic, on many occasions I have specified the age and gender of the child and they have taken me around the store and shown me various gift options. I have also purchased toys for my own boys, on one occasion I had a Dinosaur Train dinosaur that stopped working, I didn't have my receipt but the girl remembered me and gladly exchanged the item. Even though they are slightly more expensive than KMart or Target the service is fabulous, the store is neat, tidy and well stocked so I would prefer to pay a little extra for the service and wide range.
Great shop, great specials, staff are always very friendly and willing to lend a hand which is great. Love the toy sales and will continue to go back!
the staff are friendly and very helpful . A good variety of toys and games, the prices are reasonable. they will match there prices if you can find it cheaper elsewhere. The location is easy to get too.
toyworld is a great place to get the kids new toys.. they have toys that any age can play with and they always have someone there to help you with any inquiries
walking in was like stepping into a magical land, it was very nicely set up, lots of great displays and things were moderately easy to find, if not, a lovely assistant was more than happy to help
I went there for one of their sales but with 2 kids rang the day before it started to find out what time they opened so I could get in and out quickly. I was told 8am so was there waiting to go in ... waiting ... waiting ... they didn't open till 9 by which time a had a cranky baby and a restless toddler. When we did make it in the isles were so tiny I'm glad I didn't take the stroller in, there would not have been any way to use it in that store. Displays took up so much of the floor space it was hard to step around them. On the plus side, what I wanted was at the front of the store so I eventually got in and out fairly quickly and the staff helped me get the stuff to my car.
I've been in there on the first day of one of their big catalog sales, when it was really busy. The girls there are really helpful as I was not expecting them to have the time to help, but I asked one for assistance to find something and the girl told me they were all sold out, then she also asked if she could help me find anything else I was looking for in the catalog. Then a few minutes later one of the assistants handed me a basket, as she could see my hands were full.
I too have bought lots of toys from here, When you have 3 girl nieces, that's alot of dolls, but the prices are great. Just a pitty it's located on a busy mainroad.
