Terrible experience - rude and totally unprofessional operator plus an awful rough waxing and wax spilled on my skirt (that won't come off). Also of note - when I entered I asked if it was okay if I quickly used a ladies (i'm pregnant) and staff said 'no its not really' got all huffy and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable for asking. Instead of giving me privacy staff stayed in the room awkwardly while got ready for my Brazillian (again very unprofessional,) and didn't offer any post wax cream for afterwards (not that I would have felt comfortable applying i as staff also stayed in the room whilst I put my underwear back on to leave). The price was good which is why I went there but the service was a completely awful experience and I will never be going back as I would rather pay double than go through that again.
I went to Total Waxing to get a bikini wax but felt so comfortable with the lady doing the waxing i ended up geting a brazilian. The salon is owned and operated by a lady named Suzanne, she makes you feel really comfortable and at ease all times. The prices are really great, a brazilian $35 wow!!! I have recomended her to everyone i know and now i am recomending her to all of you on the net to.
