Dan was very meticulous in his work. He made our walls look perfect (and that’s coming from a perfectionist). He was quick to respond to our quote and able to attend to the job quickly. I would definitely recommend him!
We would highly recommend Dan for any rendering job. We rang Dan on a Saturday and he was happy to come around and quote and advise the same day. We had another contractor that we had employed that had performed a very poor rendering job. Dan got the job and did everything that he said he would, arrived on time and left site clean and tidy and the rendering was paramount.

Dan has done a few rendering jobs for me. His workmanship is first class and his attention to detail is excellent . He shows up on time, is polite and considerate and follows through on instructions to the letter and provides expert advice and recomendatuons for the job. If u r looking for a first class solid plasterer at very reasonable rates you can't go past Dan.

My standards are high and few tradesmen meet them , however Toplines job exceeded my expectation for quality and extra attention to the smallest detail . The overall result was excellent and I would recommend Dan for future for projects that will stand the test of time.
