JBHL094445 delivery from JB HiFi to 85 Glendale Ave Flagstaff Hill on 15 June 2022.

Messages and card left stated no one was home to receive the parcel at 12:50 pm so was sent to Balckwood for us to collect. A further distance from home for us to tyravel, than calling at JB HiFi at Melrose Park. That is why elderly people choose home delivery!

We were home and no one either knocked on the door or rang the door bell.

This lack of service and thouight by the courier, is bad for your company. We not use your service again as there was NO service.

I have used TOLL quite a few times now but lately they have certainly been lacking in reliability. Most recently I was expecting a delivery on the 24th April, they left a sorry I missed you card even though I was at home. I tried to arrange re delivery and instead I was informed they would be dropped off at a newsagency nearby. So on the saturday I attempted to pick up both parcels and found that they had only dropped off one parcel. Since then I have been calling them and arranging redelivery. I was told it would arrive yesterday, I stayed home all day and it did not arrive. I followed the tracking number only to set at was at one stage out for delivery and then back at the depot. I tried calling yesterday and today and have been told they are investigating what has occurred and cannot say when my parcel will arrive. I paid for overnight delivery, it has now been 'one week'. And then while I was still talking, they hung up on me. Dreadful customer service. I then read some of there reviews on another site and there were over 2,700 1 star reviews, all stating the same as me. I will never use them again and do not recommend them. Who know when my parcel will finally turn up - if ever. I am an extremely disappointed EX-customer.

Yes! I recently used TNT last week and was shocked they used only ONE delivery man for the bed I ordered. I HAD to help carry it inside myself. It cost $485 for delivery and I had to help? Its sad big delivery companies arent doing better jobs.
