Extended evenings within agreed bounds are absorbed without additional charge. Our chauffeur arrives on time, prepared, or we make it right.

We operate on fixed pricing every booking is quoted in writing and held at that price. There are no hourly variables or surge fees. Quotes are returned the same business day and are based on vehicle type, route, duration, and group size. For multi-day or complex itineraries, we quote on a case-by-case basis.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Pricing varies by service type, route, and group size all quoted in writing before confirmation. As a guide, airport transfers start from $150, half-day group tours from $450, and full-day private tours from $750. Corporate event and wedding packages are quoted to brief. What is your favourite thing about your job?

The moment a booking comes together cleanly a corporate group arrives at their venue on time, a bride's family is relaxed and laughing on the way to the ceremony, or a group returns from a winery day in the Yarra Valley quietly content. Getting people where they need to be without friction is the job, and when it's done well, it's invisible. That's what we love most about it.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

Payment is accepted by bank transfer (EFT) and major credit cards. A deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation, with the balance due prior to the date of travel. We do not offer Afterpay or instalment plans at this time. Full payment terms are outlined in your written quote.

What makes you unique compared to your competitors?

We operate with one vehicle and one standard every booking is treated as if it is the only booking that day. You have a single point of contact from quote to completion, no call-centre handovers, fixed pricing in writing, and a suited chauffeur in an unbranded vehicle who doesn't photograph clients. For larger groups, we arrange a trusted coach partner who meets our same run-sheet expectations.

TK Tours holds comprehensive public liability insurance and passenger liability cover appropriate for commercial passenger vehicle operations in Victoria. Exact coverage details are available on request.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

Quotes are returned the same business day. For airport transfers, we track your flight in real time and arrive before you land typically 3045 minutes prior to scheduled arrival. For tours and events, the vehicle and chauffeur are ready at your door at the agreed time. Our concierge line operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

A corporate client once told us they booked us because their previous transport company had a different driver every time and no one could find their group at the airport.
