I received the items well before the agreed date and was so impressed as it was beautifully wrapped with care (we live in London) with signed registered post. I had a great end to end experience with TinyTouch Jewellery and was so impressed with the jewellery design, prompt delivery, communication and quality. I also found out that the personalised pendants are actually made from pure solid silver, whose quality exceeds that of stirling silver and usually 3 times more expensive, which was a bonus. I have had so many compliments for my pendant and bracelet that there will surely be more orders from us in the future! I have since also ordered a set for a close friend's birthday.
